What to include

A few details let us check a report quickly instead of writing back to ask for them. Please tell us the type of message you are sending, whether that is a correction, a general question or a press enquiry. Add the address of the page you are writing about, the figure or wording you believe is wrong, and where the correct value can be seen. Finally, leave an email address we can reply to.

Step 1 — We log it
TCG Grail Editorial acknowledges a correction report within one working day so you know it arrived.

Step 2 — We check it
We compare the reported figure against the data file behind the page and against the source it came from. This usually takes one to three working days.

Step 3 — We fix and reply
If the report is right we rebuild the data behind the page, note what changed, and write back to tell you what we did. If we cannot reproduce the problem we explain what we found.

What happens to your message

The email address and the message you send are used only to answer you, and they are deleted within three months of the conversation ending. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your message to anyone else.
