TCG Grail Privacy Policy

tcggrail.com collects as little personal information as possible, uses it only for the purpose it was given, and never sells it. This policy covers every page on this site.

What we collect and why

Email you send us

If you write to us we hold your email address and your message so that we can reply. Nothing else is collected, and both are deleted within three months of the conversation ending.

Advertising cookies

Advertising on this site is served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners set cookies and may read your IP address, approximate location and device details in order to choose which advert to show you.

Server logs

Our web server records the pages requested, the time of the request and the IP address that made it. These logs are used to keep the site working and to measure traffic, and they are removed after twelve months.

Site cookies

A small number of cookies are stored by your browser to remember display preferences. They hold no name, no email address and no payment details, and you can delete them at any time.

How we handle it

We collect the minimum

You do not need an account to read anything on this site. We ask for information only when you choose to contact us.

We do not sell your data

TCG Grail does not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share nothing with third parties beyond the advertising partners described on this page.

We keep it protected

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to the server is restricted to the people who maintain it.

We delete it on schedule

Each item above has a stated retention period and is removed when that period ends. You may also ask us to delete your information sooner.

Cookies and advertising

Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to store. This site uses them for display preferences, and our advertising partners use them to select adverts.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve adverts on this site. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve adverts to you based on your visits to this and other sites. You can review how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can refuse cookies outright in your browser settings, or delete the ones already stored. The site remains readable if you do, although some display preferences will not be remembered.

How to opt out of personalised advertising

You do not have to accept personalised adverts. Any of the following will turn them off, and you will still see adverts, just ones that are not chosen from your browsing history.

Turn off personalisation for your Google account at myadcenter.google.com. Opt out of participating vendors in the United States at optout.aboutads.info or in Europe at youronlinechoices.com. You can also block advertising cookies in your browser settings.

Google's own advertising terms are set out at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom these rights come from the General Data Protection Regulation; if you are a California resident they come from the California Consumer Privacy Act. We apply them to everyone regardless of where you live.

Send any of these requests through the contact page and we will deal with them within one to three working days. Exercising a right costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.

Questions and changes to this policy

Questions about anything on this page go to privacy@tcggrail.com or through the contact page.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

We update this policy when the site changes. Any material change is published here, so this page is always the current version.
