How many Pokémon cards are listed on this site?

20,444 English cards, read from openly published card files covering every set in the record. 19,934 of them also carry a market price.

Why does one card have two pages?

Because two different questions get asked about the same card. One page carries what the card does — HP, attacks, weakness, retreat cost and where it can be played. The other carries what it costs — the market price, a year of daily readings and the print variants. Each links to the other.

How do I find one particular card?

Start from the set it was printed in — the set name is on the card itself, under the artwork. 145 sets open a page listing what they hold. If the set is not familiar, the most expensive card of each set is listed above, and every group page links through to individual cards.

Are Japanese cards included?

No. The card files read here cover English printings. Japanese releases use a different set and numbering system, so they are a separate record rather than a translation of this one.

The card list is read from openly published card files, and the prices beside it are read once a day from public marketplace listings into this site's own archive.
